There’s always been a tradition of great baking on the farm which dates back over 400 years and I’d like to think that all the good cooks who have lived here before me would be very proud of it.

I only use double cream produced on Welsh dairy farms, supplied by Tomlinsons Dairies. I make 17 delicious flavours available to buy in individual and medium sized tubs from local shops and attractions.
