The farmhouse stands at almost a 1000ft above sea level, with panoramic views of the Berwyn mountain range and surrounding countryside - tranquil and convenient for guests to savour the delights of Snowdonia and other attractions of North Wales, as well as being well based for exploring the numerous local walking trails.

The property has been in the Jones family for nearly four generations. Gareth and Glenys, who speak Welsh with their family, neighbours and most of the local villagers, have been running the guest house for over 40 years and are proud to have hosted visitors from all over the world, some of which have made several visits.
