Bala boasts a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, all within 500 metres. We are within a short walk of the Bala Cinema & Theatre, Penllyn Leisure Centre, Narraw Gauge Steam Railway, adventure and water sports facilities and a country life centre.

Bala is within the Snowdonia National Park with its  spectacular mountains, beautiful green valleys, heather-clad moor lands with a wealth of flora and fauna.  Therre are also many pursuits e.g. sailing, white water rafting, rock climbing, walking, cycling, quad biking, pony trekking, paintballing and kayaking. 

PARKING: Space for parking directly outside house or in residents car park adjacent to the house.

ACCOMMODATION: A twin-bedded room and a double room are available both have a dedicated bathroom/shower room.  (an extra bed in double room available on  request). Twin bedroom on ground floor, double bedroom on second floor, both are furnished with vanity units, shaver points, hairdryer, Sky TV/DVD, selection of towels/bathrobes and toiletries plus kettle/hospitability tray. Guests also have use of  a comfortable upstairs lounge with a large wide screen TV.  We are also happy to dry clothes for guests who have got wet in outdoor activities.

BREAKFAST: Served in Dining room at a pre-arranged time with a comprehensive menu to choose from.  Wherever possible we use local produce:  local bacon, sausages, eggs, and yohurts.  Or choose a healthy option of porridge, mixed fresh fruit salad.  We also supply a packup lunch which consists of a sandwich of choice, yoghurt, home made cake, fruit and bottle of drink for £5 per guest.
